Systech International Customer Support

Systech International provides traditional multi-tiered support from our headquarters in North America and Europe. Dedicated Systech Customer Support professionals, experienced in identifying and facilitating the resolution of issues, handle all requests for production support.

Our professionals participate in a formal "hand-off" process upon the completion of every Systech installation. This best practice provides our team with the first-hand knowledge and training required to address our customers' unique packaging needs.

Systech Customer Support also includes:

  • Direct support provided in various languages to European customers by our CS team in Brussels, Belgium and Hull, UK
  • Strict escalation procedures to facilitate expedited responses
  • Access to a software escrow program at Iron Mountain
  • Multiple support options to accommodate customers unique support needs ("As Needed" Customer Support and annual Service Level Agreements)

Systech offers the following Service Level Agreement (SLA) options:

  • Full Service Level Agreement - This agreement provides 24x7 technical support access (including weekends and holidays), discounted training, free software upgrades, a software Escrow program and more. This SLA option is available for all SPT/Guardian and Systech System Software Version 7.x users.
  • 24 x 7 Support Only Service Level Agreement - This agreement gives customers access to Customer Support personnel 24 hours a day-365 days per year. This SLA option is available for all non-SPT/Guardian users whose System Software Version is equal to, or greater than, Version 6.40.000.3.

Systech Customers who elect not to purchase the SLA option can purchase customer support on an "As Needed" basis. "As Needed" Customer Support is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, except holidays observed by Systech.
