Robert DeJean

President and CEO

Robert DeJean is the founder of Systech International. In 1985, he assembled a team with a mission to provide the pharmaceutical industry with premier class machine vision and line management tools for optimizing packaging performance. Through Mr. DeJean’s active involvement and dynamic leadership, the company is evolving the mission to expand business opportunities for Systech’s customers by introducing holistic Packaging Execution Systems that encompass the complete packaging line. As President and CEO, Mr. DeJean drives the daily strategic vision for the company.

Mr. DeJean has over 25 years experience in industrial automation for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related industries, with a concentration on machine vision, control, and data management technology. He has a solid technical foundation with extensive knowledge in the sales and marketing of automated inspection technology.

Prior to founding Systech, Mr. DeJean served in various sales and management roles for General Electric, Texas Instruments, and Ribble Engineering.

Mr. DeJean holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He served for two years on the Board of Directors for the AIA (Automated Imaging Association) and currently serves as a Director for an industry-leading consultancy that provides regulatory compliance services to address the unique business and information technology challenges faced by life science companies. When not at the helm of Systech, Mr. DeJean, father of two, enjoys playing golf and can recommend a perfectly paired wine with any meal.


Joseph Ringwood

Chief Operating Officer

Joseph Ringwood is the Chief Operating Officer, for Systech International. With more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience in business-to-business environments, Mr. Ringwood plays a key role in Systech’s business operations. Mr. Ringwood is tasked with expanding Systech’s market position as a provider of Packaging Execution Systems to the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Ringwood is responsible for directing Systech’s strategies for growth both domestically and internationally and to grow customer, business and technology partner relationships. His current responsibilities include: oversight of domestic and international sales teams, development and execution of Systech’s marketing, management of professional services team, new product development, strategic business development and management of Central Engineering. Mr. Ringwood has architected successful teams leading to outstanding performance in diverse industries including: packaging machinery, business process outsourcing, and professional office solutions.

Mr. Ringwood holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is an Adjunct Professor in the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University in the areas of Sales Force Management, Business-to-Business Marketing and New Product Development. He has been recognized with multiple achievement awards for excellence in sales. When not at Systech or teaching, Mr. Ringwood, a busy father of three, can be found umpiring women’s lacrosse or pursing his love of scuba diving.


Robert Olanoff

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Olanoff is the Chief Financial Officer for Systech International holding management responsibilities for the company’s finance and human resource functions. In his role, Mr. Olanoff is responsible for financial reporting and fiscal stability of Systech’s operations worldwide.

Prior to joining Systech, Mr. Olanoff served as a financial consultant during 2006 and 2007. Mr. Olanoff also served as the CFO of a number of software and IT companies from 1983 through 2005. Most notably in that period, he was the CFO of Intelligroup, Inc., a computer consulting and system integration services provider, during its initial public offering in 1996. Mr. Olanoff was the CFO of Beechwood Data Systems, Inc., a provider of software solutions and services to the telecommunications industry when it was sold to Cap Gemini in 1999. His earlier experience includes work at JH Cohn & Company, a large, regional public accounting firm.

Mr. Olanoff served on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Technology Council from 1997 through 2004 and was selected to the Council’s CFO Hall of Fame in 2002. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Voxware, Inc. a publicly held company in New Jersey. Mr. Olanoff earned a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in 1978 and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Rich Napoli

VP, Product Development

Rich Napoli is the VP, Product Development for Systech International. In this position, he is responsible for the product management, software development, documentation and training of Systech products.

Mr. Napoli has played a critical role in leading product development teams for software companies throughout most of his 30-year career. Most recently, Mr. Napoli was the CEO of Fusion Technologies, a US/India consulting firm, specializing in helping software companies build and support its products. He successfully sold Fusion Technologies to Alliance Consulting in 2006 and remained in a management role throughout its transition period. Mr. Napoli has also spent 10 years in IT management with Fortune 500 firms, including Citicorp and State Street Corp. While at State Street, he served as a divisional CIO, managing a global IT operation for its outsourcing business. Mr. Napoli has also implemented advanced software development processes and forged renewed market focus to Datalogix, an ERP vendor now owned by Oracle.

Mr. Napoli earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School at NYU. He also has his CPIM certification from APICS. Mr. Napoli sits on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Technology Council and co-chairs the Software and Education Committees. When not at Systech, Mr. Napoli can be found attending classic car shows as either as a spectator or a judge.
